The Lake County Fair Grounds Facilities are a great place to hold wedding receptions,
reunions, parties, rummage sales or retreats, the possibilities are nearly endless.
What we have to offer:
- Buildings and parking able to accommodate large groups
- Fully stocked restrooms with shower rooms
- Commercial kitchen
- 10+ acre grounds
- Outdoor electrical hook ups
- Tables and chairs
- Garbage cans, liners and dumpster
Event Pricing for weddings, receptions, reunions and more:
$300 for one full day Commercial building. $150 per day after*
$100 for up to three days of kitchen use, $25 per day after.
$150 for each additional building, $50 per day after.
$20 fee per outdoor electrical hook up.
*$500 refundable deposit*
*Festivals, large public events, small parties, or non profit groups please contact Rachel for pricing.
*A signed contract and deposit are required to officially reserve dates.*
